The Simba Village apartment complex occupies a 1.5 acre site situated on Diani Beach Rd. The apartments are all individually owned. Our clients who have to date invested in our Simba Village project are an international mix. Among the current owners are professionals, lawyers, doctors or business people, all sharing the same vision to have a pied a terre in Diani Beach, to enjoy the style and comfort or to escape the cold European winters“. Of course the owners can sublet their apartment, if they wish, through our office. Accommodation is currently in 3 houses set around a swimming pool. There are currently some 42 apartments in total, ranging from single studio apartments to deluxe /3 bedroom units. Each furnished different but tastefully and to a certain standard. The 1st phase Block B, swimming pool and gardens were built in 1992. 2nd phase Block C was built in 2011. The 3rd Block D was completed in 2013.
