The Neptune Paradise Beach Resort & Spa is set in a beautiful tropical garden and totally renovated in 2016. The 92 rooms are in makuti roofed cottages bungalows with only 4 rooms per unit. This gives you a relaxing and quiet holiday. Restaurants and bars form a perfect match between hotel and nature and offer a real African atmosphere. The Resort is located at the South Coast at the famous Diani Beach. Mombasa town at ca. 40 km, Moi International Airport at ca. 45 km and the nearby Ukunda Airstrip is only ca. 8 km away.

    The food, swimming pools and staff were great, Rooms are equally good with air condition and entertainment performance was incredible.

    There are no bath-taps in the rooms and room snacks limited. Towels looked old though clean. Limited drinks options on the package.

    We had a great experience at Neptune with my friends. The food was great, the service was excellent. The view was amazing. We were sad that we had to leave. Will definitely be going back soon. For a lot longer.

    We stayed at this resort for 7 days and it was one of the most relaxing and fun experiences I have ever had. Everything from the staff, to the food, to the entertainment was amazing. The staff even played volleyball with us when we couldn't find enough players which showed how hospitable they are. The views from Neptune are also incredible and you will not find a better place to stay while in Diani.

    Great location by the beach. Beautiful hotel, lovely swimming pool. Very nice gardens around hotel.

    Swimming pool open only until 6pm and not much to do around hotel. Not enough beds on the beach and we had to wait over 1hr for towels.

    We had an amazing time here - the staff are super friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the beach is immaculate (white sand and perfect water for swimming). Our room was very clean. The bed was comfy and there was ample hot water. Buffet food was delicious with lots of variety in cuisines. There are also snacks at the pool bar between meals - the beef samosas are the best! Highly recommend this property for your stay at Diani/Galu beach.
