    Shamba La Salama was incredible! The property is beautiful and sits right on the beach, so you don't have to leave during your stay (all of the posted pictures in the listing are 100% accurate). It was very clean and comfortably slept my group of 16, and the staff made sure to take care of our every need. The cooks were great, and they were able to make us a variety of dishes (samosas, bhajias, chapati, rolexes - in addition to many varieties of seafood) that were all delicious. Meehir is a great host, he was very responsive to all my inquiries regarding the property and our trip, and he provided all the information we needed for taxis, grocery stores, restaurants, and all sorts of things to do in Diani Beach. I highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely return!

    There was a bit of confusion with initially trying to find the location, but once we arrived the place was worth the initial hassle! We were welcomed with cold coconut drinks and warm hospitality. The location & scenery is amazing, beds were comfortable and the A/C in the rooms worked perfectly! Wifi was good and I can’t say enough about the staff around the premises, they were absolutely amazing! We chose the option to have a chef for the day and it was the best decision ever! Meals were tasty and that left us time to just relax by the pool/beach and really enjoy our vacation! Highly recommended this property, just be prepared for a long drive from Mombasa Airport.
