    Comfortable. Good shaded area of sand. Good friendly service

    I do not think you should allow guests to bring their music to the pool. It is anti social. Also to have 5 large men shouting and dominating the pool playing volleyball makes the pool unusable for others. Again basic lack of consideration for others

    Amazing place, excellent staff 👏, food is incredible, beach is wonderful, white sand, you feel like to be in paradise. We enjoyed it a lot. Best place to stay, calm and very relaxing. Even a tennis court with monkeys watching you . Paradise!

    very friendly staff. very clean resort. breakfast, lunch and dinner had been excellent. fantastic breakfast and dinner. my stay in this hotel had been one of my best experiences I ever had in regard to accommodation. my best stay at diani beach

    Thanks for a lovely stay with fantastic food as well as service minded and lovely staff. Silvia in the spa was the best ever - wonderful massage, pedicure and manicure! Perfect place if you want to relax, swim and sunbathe without too many people around. The atmosphere is great whether you want to be active or lazy. Bath shoes is recommended. You will be entertained by both musicians, Masay people and a frog choir 😃 Check it out!

    An amazing and relaxing place next to the Indian ocean. The staff is really pleasant and service minded. The ocean is warm and Lovely. Use bath shoes you want to be able to take a bath everywhere (otherwise there is a part of the Beach that is acessable without bath shoes). A varied and delicious dinner buffet (sometimes accompanied by a frog orcestra :-). Give yourself a treat and visit the relaxing Amani Spa with wonderful Silvia! Finally- don't miss the wonderful sun rise. Totally worth getting up early. Take a walk or a jog while you're at it. Asante sana- thank you very much!

    The closest supermarket is quite a bit away- hard to reached by foot. The resort's store doesn't keep beverages or snacks that you can take to your room.

    Lovely beach, lounge areas and rooms. Lovely food although breakfast could do with a tweek. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend.

    Smoking near tv lounge drifts in which is a shame had to move away on more than one occasion.

    My friend and I took our families to Pinewood Beach Resort and Spa for the xmass holidays. The weather in Diani was very pleasant with some occasional drizzling. This is the third time we have visited Pinewood and we were pretty enchanted by its timeless beauty, service, food and hospitality. We were happy the hotel has been kept in tip top quality for ten past 10 years when we fast visited. The staff were amazing led by Pamela the Manager. The hotel beach front has an amazing serenity. Pinewood certainly offered good value money and has charmed us in to a possible fourth visit.
