    Excellent customer services and professionalism. The hotel has excellent services. From guest relations desk to waiters. Stanley Ochieng was particularly outstanding. His reservations assurances were all met. I recommend the premises for anyone who wants to be home away from home

    I have stayed at many different hotels in kenya, but Diani reef beach resort was by far the best. The experience was great, the staff were all so helpful and courteous, also many thanks to the management for the great service, a special mention for Nadine who was fantastic and really nice, I will definitely recommend.

    Perfect location on a beautiful beach front. Great for families with small children. Super helpful and accommodating staff. Wide variety of dishes, with both local and continental choices.

    Facilities are rather worn down, renovations and repairs at the pool and in the rooms would help. New linens in the bathrooms would be great. A wider variety of quality wines would enrich the experience.

    The environment very clean and breath-taking. The rooms are cozy and the staff are very friendly,service at the top! My visitors really enjoyed their stay.I look forward to visiting too.

    Not very many options in Menu, I guess because of the impact of covid-19.

    It's a great place for kids, my boy 2 years old and daughter 9 years old simple loved it. They are asking when we're coming back.

    Breakfast option can be a bit more diverse.
