had an owesome stay with our group Wazee Pumzika,since thursday last week ,the food was amazing and your friendly waiters like Ruth Akumu,carol Wambui and Mr kifoto who made sure we lacked nothing,neptune is nice place to stay any time
Where do I start? This resort was the most incredible all inclusive resort that I have ever been too. I have been to many resorts in Cuba, Mexico, and the Bahamas and Neptune was by far the best one. The reason I say this is because the staff were absolutely phenomenal, the food was incredible and the live entertainment at night was always a good time. I have not even mentioned the view yet.. this resort is right on the best beach in the entire world. White sand beaches and clear blue ocean water just steps away from your bedroom. If you are looking for a resort in Diani, do not think twice about booking!
At the beginning we would like to thank mr Kalu for solving a problem we had during the Valentine’s Day dinner. He managed to deal with very difficult situation, holding his nerve and satisfying both sides. We are very satisfied with our visit. The beach was amazing and staff was very friendly. People who take care of the pool were very helpful, especially Ambraham, who did everything we asked him for and helped to solved any problem! We really enjoyed company of Brian, Junior and Hope from very well organized animation team. Every evening we had a chance to watch a show and during the day we could pick any activity we liked. Everyone can find something for themselves. Also the food at the restaurant was amazing and waiters were learning to speak polish language, just in case someone wouldn’t speak english. We travel a lot and this is definitely a place we would like to come back.

Visited Neptune hotel in October 19-21st with a group of 70 people. I must say we loved our stay. Everything was perfect as a traveler would expect..the food was good, the rooms was nice with hot water/cold water. Staff were friendly. They hotel kept us busy with activities through out the day. Our stay was awesome.
