What a fabulous hotel!!! The staffs are absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful and thoughtful... from top to bottom...I must say thanks to Salome, Joan and James for their help in upgrade our rooms and the wedding plans..also I enjoy the company of Joseph from wood carving shop.. the gardens and trees are beautiful, great watching the monkeys every day.. the sea is very warm.. highly recommend to stay ...you wont be disappointed...
We r just returning from our holiday at this lovely resort, beautifully n tastefully designed , we stayed in the 2 rooms villa with a nice private pool, The staff at the reception n restaurant were both courteous n ready to help, Esther, Salomy even Jacob at the swimming pool. All the same Keep up the great service n will definitely think of returning
Everything was perfect except for their food, I personally think they need to update their Chef’s standard, some Swahili dishes were no doubt tasty, but overall they need to improve on the food n desert quality.
After being on safari in the Maasai Mara and Amboseli it was great to relax for a week in this resort. The Resort is situated on Diani Beach and has beautiful standard rooms with of course Air-condition and mini fridge. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. We had all inclusive and the food was good and every evening there was live music during dinner. Keep in mind that Men have to were long trousers during dinner. Shorts are not allowed during dinner. There is a nice pool with towel service and there is a beautiful beach. Staff is very friendly and willing to walk the extra mile to give you a great stay. Sophia runs the restaurant and does a great job. Had a great time.
Downside is that a lot of people try to sell you things when you are on the beach. It is a little bit annoying but they accept no for an answer.
LBR is by far one of the most fabulous resorts in Diani. What’s not to love? The rooms are amazing, the ambiance is very relaxing and peaceful, the staff are very helpful, courteous and kind; with a smile all through. The amenities are top notch as well- from the spa, gym, restaurants, gaming area and the swimming pools. (Yes! Pools! The villa’s pool is my favorite). They also have a decent stretch of the beach if you’re not a pool person. LBR is my number one destination in Diani. ❤️
Service was great. Except the person taking my request for the airport pick up. He told me just to take the Taxi even though the resort provides transport. Of course when we landed the car was not there. Otherwise the service was fantastic. Thank you Faith for taking care of us. When we found out our flight was delayed they allowed us to stay till 4:00pm in our villa for just a small fee. That was greatly appreciated! We are already taking about going back to Leopard.
The food was just ok and the beach should have more chairs. There was menus in the villas so if you wanted to order something to eat in the room you had to first go to the restaurant to figure out what they had. Not very convenient.
